FULL-PRICE RETURNS

To initiate a return, please email us at info@br-collaborative.com. BR COLLABORATIVE has a 14-day return policy upon receiving your order.

Returns only apply for full-price, unworn, and unlaundered merchandise with all original tags. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.

If you would like to make an exchange, please list the new item, size, and color you would like to receive.

Once accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

REFUNDS

You will be notified by email when your return has been received and processed. Your return will be processed as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original payment. There is a $10 restocking fee upon return.
