To initiate a return, please email us at info@br-collaborative.com. BR Collaborative has a 14-day return policy upon receiving your order.

FULL-PRICE RETURNS

Returns only apply for full-price unworn and unlaundered merchandise with all original tags.

Once accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.

REFUNDS

You will be notified by email when your return has been received and processed. Your return will be processed as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original payment.
